This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Address unsolicited inquiries from consumers, healthcare professionals, and other external customers regarding medical and safety information through various channels including telephone, website/email, letters, faxes, and scientific meetings.
• Deliver labeled and unlabeled responses for medical and safety information in alignment with regulatory mandates, industry norms, and the policies of both ProPharma and clients.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy cases, special situations, and product complaints.
• Complete assigned tasks within the deadlines specified in ProPharma SOPs and client Working Practices.
• Craft precise responses utilizing approved labeling, company-standard replies, published literature, and other relevant data.
• Assist in the preparation of tailored medical information responses.
• Accurately, comprehensively, and promptly log inquiries in the inquiry handling systems.
• Conduct quality checks on adverse events, product quality complaints, correspondence, and logged inquiries.
• Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis as necessary.
• Adhere to company and country-specific privacy policies, managing confidential information in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Follow company health and safety policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, professional telephone etiquette, and empathetic customer service abilities.
• Capacity to write fluently and grammatically correctly in the target language for the role.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong cognitive skills, encompassing verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail within tight deadlines, demonstrating effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proactive nature with a proven ability to independently identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and apply knowledge to daily operations/tasks.
• Open to constructive criticism and accountable for assigned work.
• Self-driven with a demonstrated initiative and internal motivation.
• Eagerness to take on additional workload projects.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software platforms and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with a document management system.
• Ability to learn other computer systems, including an inquiry handling database.
• Support for remote working.
