This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Address medical information queries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers.

• Identify, investigate, and critically assess medical literature to formulate inquiry responses.

• Compose narratives for adverse events and product complaints, along with tailored medical inquiry responses.

• Manage requests via phone, email, CRM, chat, and other communication channels.

• Detect adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.

• Perform intake for adverse event and product complaint reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Implement FDA postmarketing adverse event reporting regulations and safety terminology.

• Facilitate the product quality complaint process in collaboration with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants.

• Maintain knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and specific client information.

• Generate Medical Information content, including FAQs, Scientific Response Documents, and Custom Response Documents.

• Staff scientific medical affairs booths.

• Fulfill assigned on-call duties.

• Conduct market and competitive product analyses.

• Assist with operational and process enhancements, field team training, and liaison activities.

• Maintain and contribute to process and customer-service performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced healthcare degree is preferred (PharmD or higher).

• Strong clinical background required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Pharmacist license is preferred.

• Experience in a Contact Center and the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Proficient in telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.

• Therapeutic expertise is essential.

• Ability to critically analyze medical literature.

• Knowledge of Medical Information contact center systems and procedures.

• Experience in Drug Information or a specialized area, particularly in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, rare diseases, Neurology, Cardiology, or other specialties is preferred.

• Willingness to work full-time with flexible scheduling.

• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Capacity to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for extended periods, walk, talk, and hear.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
