This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
β’ Develop and enhance AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training locations.
β’ Execute strategic outreach utilizing email, phone, video, social media, and various communication channels.
β’ Oversee the recruitment pipeline from the initial prospecting stage to onboarding readiness.
β’ Prioritize opportunities and consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
β’ Utilize HubSpot and other technological tools to build, prioritize, and manage the outreach pipeline effectively.
β’ Maintain precise documentation, report on pipeline health, and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies.
β’ Assess prospective partners based on a solid understanding of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements.
β’ Inform physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare organizations about the benefits of partnering with AMO.
β’ Assist prospective partners in achieving onboarding readiness through established SOPs.
β’ Negotiate educational stipends and gather all necessary contractual and credentialing documentation.
β’ Ensure thorough and accurate transitions to internal teams.
β’ Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to satisfy school partner requirements and placement schedules.
β’ Maintain proactive communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
β’ Leverage professional networks such as LinkedIn to create new opportunities.
β’ Identify enhancements to recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes.
β’ Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a closely related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented setting or meeting deadlines in a clinical education environment.
β’ Experience engaging with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, encompassing licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and other relevant healthcare documentation.
β’ Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; proficiency with HubSpot is highly desired.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing healthcare professionals, overcoming objections, and establishing long-term professional relationships.
β’ Comfortable utilizing professional networks and social media presence, including LinkedIn, to generate opportunities.
β’ Ability to learn quickly and consistently execute documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
β’ Outstanding organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy.
