📋 Description

• Identify clinically relevant concepts within discharge summaries, lab results, and prognosis notes, and accurately map them to the appropriate SNOMED CT codes using a dedicated platform.

• Implement coding guidelines that encompass hierarchy scope, negation, medication scope, section-level inclusions, and compound coding across a substantial volume of documents.

• Highlight ambiguous or disputed cases with a brief rationale to enhance guidance.

• Engage in adjudication rounds to resolve differences and achieve a consensus code set.

• Annotate and code de-identified clinical notes and documentation to aid in the development of clinical AI platforms.

• Operate asynchronously on a specialized annotation platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• GMC Registered Doctor located in the UK.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of clinical practice, with experience in SNOMED CT coding or clinical terminology.

• Strong foundation in clinical documentation, terminology, and coding standards.

• Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in coding or clinical review tasks.

• Proficient in using structured annotation tools and digital platforms.

• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.

• Eligibility to work in your country of residence.

• Ability to work as an independent contractor.
