Medical Doctor – Client Medical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Communicate with personal injury clients via phone or video regarding their injuries and medical treatment options.

• Clearly articulate the significance of MRIs, diagnostic imaging, and follow-up care.

• Assist clients in comprehending the relationship between their injuries, treatment, and recovery in relation to their case.

• Reinforce the guidance provided by attorneys and paralegals in a medically credible and easily understandable manner.

• Propose alternative treatment options when clients express reservations about a doctor's recommendation.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the firm's in-house nurse on intricate cases.

• Accurately document client discussions and outcomes in the firm's case management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency, with confidence in client-facing interactions.

• Ability to convey medical concepts in a straightforward, clear, and reassuring manner.

• Comfortable in educating and guiding clients in a persuasive yet professional manner.

• Strong skills in building rapport, empathy, and active listening.

• Interest in engaging in a legal or personal injury setting, rather than solely clinical care.

• Availability for full-time work during U.S. business hours.

• Residing in the Philippines, equipped with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

• Experience in emergency medicine, orthopedics, physical medicine, or radiology is advantageous.

• Familiarity with personal injury, workers' compensation, or medico-legal cases is a plus.

• Degree from a medical school recognized for U.S. licensing (ECFMG / USMLE) is preferred.

• Experience in telemedicine or patient education roles is a bonus.
