This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the primary scientific authority on publication, medical affairs, and promotional accounts.
• Offer editorial, scientific, and strategic insights to client teams.
• Collaborate with Client Services to foster relationships between account, editorial, and client teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure that assigned medical communications are precise, clinically relevant, and up to date.
• Consult with key opinion leaders and supply expert resources.
• Stay informed about developments in the pharmaceutical industry and trends in drug research.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to meet communication program goals and objectives.
• Perform literature reviews and synthesize clinical trial findings.
• Interpret clinical data for both physician and consumer audiences.
• Participate in and assist in the design of investigator meetings and advisory boards.
• Produce medical manuscripts, white papers, monographs, slide kits, abstracts, and posters.
• Review medical documents, confirm scientific accuracy, and ensure quality control for writers and freelancers.
• Possess an advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or medicine.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and multitask efficiently.
• Strong financial, administrative, organizational, and client communication abilities.
• Capable of working with clients and faculty members.
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
• Proficient in advanced computer skills.
• Familiar with Internet research and Microsoft Windows software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets.
