Medical Data Review Manager – Rehumatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze structured clinical patient data outputs without direct access to medical records.

• Ensure medical validity, adherence to protocols, completeness, and readiness for subsequent review stages.

• Detect discrepancies in patient-reported data that necessitate investigation with clinical sites.

• Evaluate inclusion and exclusion criteria for eligibility in clinical trials.

• Examine investigational product dosing records for compliance with protocols and identify any inaccuracies or missed dosages.

• Assess Adverse Events, Concomitant Medication, and medical history details.

• Confirm implausible data and evaluate its effects on other patient-reported or observed information.

• Ensure accurate documentation of end-of-treatment and end-of-study information.

• Review laboratory results for completeness, protocol compliance, and potential unreported safety issues.

• Analyze additional data as required to ascertain patient-information readiness.

• Collaborate with Medical Review staff to validate information and prioritize data issues or action items.

• Participate in kick-off, weekly team, and client meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, with a specialization in Rheumatology (mandatory; only physicians will be considered).

• Certification in Rheumatology specialization is required.

• Five years of relevant experience in clinical research within a research site, CRO, or pharmaceutical company.

• Experience as a Sub-Investigator or Principal Investigator is pertinent.

• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with clinical/medical data related to clinical trials.

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology.

• Exceptional motivational, influencing, and coaching abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

• Strong customer orientation skills.

• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
