This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in delivering seamless, high-quality care to patients participating in the Equip eating disorder program.
• Provide administrative support to the medical staff.
• Conduct data entry, faxing, scheduling, and collection of external priority records.
• Maintain and update patient medical records, which includes entering vital signs and uploading documents.
• Monitor medical team chat channels, respond to inquiries, and engage appropriate medical personnel as necessary.
• Follow up on requested tests to ensure that patients adhere to provider recommendations.
• Coordinate care with external providers, including primary care physicians and student health centers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to guarantee exceptional patient support.
• Enter patient information and data into the EMR system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) or an equivalent certification is highly preferable.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with medical and clinical providers in a medical assistant role.
• Highly organized and skilled in administration.
• Excellent communication skills while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient in navigating electronic medical records.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Must be an enthusiastic and strong team player.
