Appointment Setter – Freelance, Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential customers, including service providers, online retailers, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

• Assess and qualify leads effectively.

• Arrange and schedule consultation call appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of contacts and call notes.

• Collaborate closely with René, the Head of Sales, and the founder.

• Contribute to plaith.ai, an AI orchestration software platform designed for managed advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, call centers, or sales is essential.

• Ability to communicate clearly and friendly via phone and in writing.

• Must possess an independent and reliable working approach.

• Proficiency in German is required; knowledge of English is a plus.

• Must have access to a personal computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

• This position is offered as a freelance/independent contractor role, not as traditional employment.

• Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis, with no guaranteed income or success.
