This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), treatment centers, and scientific networks in the hemophilia domain.
• Convey current medical and scientific data along with evidence-based information regarding assigned products and relevant disease areas.
• Gather and disseminate medical insights from clinical practices to bolster local and global Medical Affairs strategies.
• Assist with medical projects, registries, non-interventional studies, and various evidence-generation initiatives.
• Provide support to both internal and external partners in the execution of interventional clinical trials.
• Determine scientific research priorities while aiding in feasibility assessments, site engagement, and study initiatives.
• Deliver scientific support at congresses, symposia, and educational events.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Market Access, Commercial, and other internal departments.
• Adhere consistently to all relevant compliance, pharmacovigilance, and quality standards.
• A completed degree in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences, with expertise as mandated by Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG).
• A doctorate or a comparable advanced scientific qualification is preferred.
• Several years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, or a medical and scientific setting is preferred.
• Experience in hematology, hemophilia, or rare diseases is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate scientific networks and maintain sustainable stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• A strong sense of initiative, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Germany.
