This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Oversee the scientific aspects of eCOA implementation, ensuring the precise translation of endpoint scales into digital formats.
• Lead the creation and evaluation of eCOA specifications in collaboration with vendors.
• Take ownership of the UAT strategy, which includes drafting and reviewing test scripts.
• Manage the comprehensive execution of UAT and address any issues related to system delivery and study preparedness.
• Direct global licensing and copyright strategies.
• Ensure that scale selection, version control, and implementation are consistent with the endpoints defined in the protocol.
• Supervise the translation strategy and vendor performance across various regions.
• Promote consistency among source scales, translations, and eCOA/eCRF implementations.
• Create and deliver training programs for raters.
• Establish rater qualification criteria and assist in selecting personnel ready for study sites.
• Design and implement training and certification initiatives.
• Assess rater performance and lead focused remediation efforts.
• A graduate degree (e.g., MA/MS) in psychology, behavioral sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychiatric and neuropsychiatric evaluations, including patient-reported outcome measures.
• Experience in rating psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric assessments is preferred.
• Background in the clinical research or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.
• Skilled in informing, influencing, convincing, and persuading others.
• Strong presentation capabilities, with experience presenting in professional contexts.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 20% of the time.
