This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Interact with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory authorities, and scientific stakeholders as a peer.

• Create, document, synthesize, and share actionable medical insights in a compliant manner.

• Share scientific insights through various omnichannel and digital platforms.

• Communicate insights to medical leadership within the cluster and cross-functional teams.

• Assist the Country Medical Lead in engaging with external stakeholders.

• Develop and implement prioritized medical plans, which include KOL mapping.

• Organize and manage local projects, events, and omnichannel initiatives.

• Establish relationships with medical societies, regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and payers.

• Represent Pfizer Medical at external forums and scientific conferences.

• Act as the scientific point of contact for assigned therapeutic areas within the country.

• Aid in the local clinical trial landscape through protocol feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and recruitment assistance.

• Collaborate with medical, access, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams.

• Contribute to medical and brand strategies at the cluster level.

• Maintain ethical standards, scientific integrity, and compliance regulations.

• Assist in regulatory and pharmacovigilance compliance activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced healthcare or scientific degree, along with extensive pharmaceutical experience and knowledge.

• A medical degree (MD) or equivalent with board certification, or a TA-related PhD along with post-doctoral experience is preferred.

• Strong scientific and medical experience, including clinical or research exposure.

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, local healthcare systems, and regulatory frameworks.

• Capability to analyze medical data and derive insights.

• Proficiency in business and medical English.

• Additional languages as needed based on the market.

• Skilled in stakeholder management across HCPs, physicians, pharmacists, clinical investigators, KOLs, scientific experts, medical societies, regulators, payers, government health agencies, patient advocacy groups, and internal cross-functional teams.
