This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, authorities, and scientific stakeholders in a peer capacity.

• Generate, document, synthesize, and share actionable medical insights in compliance with regulations.

• Disseminate scientific insights through omnichannel and digital platforms.

• Communicate findings to medical leadership, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist the Country Medical Lead in engaging with external partners.

• Develop and implement prioritized medical plans, including mapping of key opinion leaders.

• Lead and execute local projects, events, and omnichannel initiatives.

• Establish relationships with medical societies, regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and payers.

• Represent Pfizer’s medical interests at external forums and scientific events.

• Act as the scientific point of contact for assigned therapeutic areas within the country.

• Support the local clinical trial landscape, including protocol feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and recruitment efforts.

• Collaborate with medical, access, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams.

• Contribute to cluster-level medical and brand strategies.

• Maintain ethical standards, scientific integrity, and compliance at all times.

• Stay updated with current skills and knowledge in the field.

• Assist with regulatory and pharmacovigilance compliance activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in healthcare or science, along with extensive experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.

• A medical degree (MD) or equivalent, along with board certification, or a TA-related PhD and post-doctoral experience is preferred.

• Strong scientific and medical background, including clinical or research experience.

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, local healthcare systems, and regulatory frameworks.

• Proven ability to analyze medical data and derive insights.

• Proficient in business and medical English.

• Additional languages may be necessary depending on the market.

• Experience in stakeholder management with healthcare professionals, KOLs, scientific experts, medical societies, regulators, payers, government health agencies, patient advocacy groups, and internal cross-functional teams.
