This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Cultivate ongoing professional relationships with key decision-makers in organized healthcare systems.
β’ Provide precise, balanced, and credible information regarding the complete oncology product portfolio, clinical science, and quality management.
β’ Create strategic account plans in collaboration with Integrated Account Management Account Executive teams.
β’ Implement medical activities in accordance with established account plans.
β’ Act as the primary resource for market dynamics within the designated territory.
β’ Comprehend the evolving information needs of decision-makers and contribute to the development of value propositions.
β’ Communicate and collaborate with the Regional Medical Scientific Director concerning medical and scientific support requirements.
β’ Assist in strategic planning for the PHSO MAD Team Lead, PHSO MAD Executive Director Medical Affairs, and the Country Medical Affairs team.
β’ Attend and provide support at scientific and medical meetings.
β’ Prepare deliverables following meetings.
β’ Mentor fellow team members.
β’ MD, PhD, or PharmD degree.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in a field-based Medical Affairs role with regional and/or national payers, integrated delivery systems, or scientific leaders OR 5 years of clinical oncology experience within a health system OR an equivalent combination of experience.
β’ Experience working with organized healthcare systems or payer organizations.
β’ Capability to develop peer-to-peer relationships with key decision-makers.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of clinical medicine, healthcare delivery system structure and function, pharmacoeconomics, disease management, quality management, value-based payment, and trends in healthcare delivery policy.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Proficient networking abilities.
β’ Strong personal integrity.
β’ Collaborative approach.
β’ Strong focus on customer service.
β’ In-depth understanding of ethical guidelines pertinent to the pharmaceutical industry.

β’ Candidates must reside in NC, SC, or TN.
β’ Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Valid driverβs license required.
