This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver expertise in therapeutic areas and products across Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and initiatives within a designated territory.
• Execute localized strategic and educational medical affairs plans.
• Offer medical and scientific support to internal teams, particularly Pierre Fabre US Medical Affairs.
• Act as the representative for Pierre Fabre Medical Affairs regarding the Medical Innovative Oncology portfolio in the field.
• Serve as the scientific contact for healthcare provider (HCP) inquiries and clinical trial requests.
• Supply medical and scientific resources to internal stakeholders at Pierre Fabre.
• Conduct medical reviews for promotional and non-promotional materials as necessary.
• Assist internal Medical functions in compliance with Medical Affairs guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain scientific relationships with relevant KOLs.
• Ensure accurate KOL and treatment-center mapping along with scientific profiling.
• Coordinate on company-sponsored clinical trials, real-world studies, managed access programs, and investigator-initiated research.
• Collaborate on the US Medical Plan and execute regional tactics.
• Implement medical strategies and engagement focused on assigned customers within a territory.
• Collect insights regarding HCP educational requirements.
• Develop a regional territory action plan that aligns with Global and National medical strategies.
• Provide support for scientific publications and initiatives focused on patient-centricity.
• An advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) is required.
• Must have prior experience in Onco-Hematology, lymphoma, or Cell Therapy.
• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in the implementation of medical tactics is required.
• Proven track record of operating within a matrix organization alongside various stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, Medical Strategy team, and other field personnel.
• At least 2 years of experience in life sciences, with a focus on onco-hematology and substantial experience in a customer-facing role.
• Capability to establish and maintain credible relationships with HCPs.
• Ability to understand HCPs’ needs and communicate emerging scientific information effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver lectures and training on medical science topics.
• Proficient in working independently, managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in designing and moderating medical meetings.
• Committed to high ethical standards and recognized personal integrity.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant ethics and compliance industry standards.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
