📋 Description

• Reach out to hospitals, imaging centers, laboratories, physicians' offices, and other healthcare entities to gather outstanding information and keep cases progressing.

• Persistently follow up with external providers when testing, records, or clearances are delayed, advocating for patients while upholding professional communication.

• Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions, completed requirements, pending items, and case statuses within the designated systems.

• Clearly communicate surgical readiness, outstanding requirements, and possible delays to the broader practice team.
