This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
β’ Engage with Oncology specialists and key customers in designated geographic areas.
β’ Communicate clinically focused selling messages to facilitate the launch of a bi-specific agent for malignancies in multiple myeloma, enhance brand share and revenue, and achieve product objectives.
β’ Collaborate with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists, and other partners.
β’ Proactively address customer needs, recognize market dynamics and trends, and devise strategies that support brand and corporate goals.
β’ Cultivate strong working relationships with assigned accounts and specialists.
β’ Conduct market profiling activities to gain insights into regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
β’ Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate initiatives across the Regeneron Oncology account team.
β’ Assist with contracting pull-through efforts with accounts.
β’ Establish relationships within accounts to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges.
β’ Identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources that align with customer requirements.
β’ Ensure compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions and the promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products.
β’ Operate in a field-based capacity covering Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; and Reno, Nevada.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales; experience in Hematology Oncology is preferred.
β’ Buy and bill experience with biologics is essential.
β’ At least 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or highly influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or prominent institutions.
β’ Current account management experience working with large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
β’ Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
β’ Ability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals in varied reporting structures.
β’ A passion for and aptitude for learning about science.
β’ Proactive in enhancing knowledge related to disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
β’ Willingness to travel and cover extensive geographic territories.
β’ Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
β’ Proven success and consistent positive sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
β’ A strong track record of success with product launches.
