This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and manage digital media campaigns within the designated channel, adhering to approved strategies, budgets, targeting parameters, and client goals.
• Set up audiences, budgets, flight schedules, tracking mechanisms, and perform pre-launch quality assurance evaluations.
• Oversee daily delivery, pacing, and performance metrics in relation to KPIs.
• Detect and address routine execution, tracking, and delivery challenges; escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Keep campaign documentation, naming conventions, and trafficking records up to date.
• Perform bid, budget, placement, audience, and creative optimizations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Compile and conduct quality checks on internal and client-facing performance reports.
• Monitor engagement, conversions, acquisition metrics, pacing, and overall media efficiency.
• Summarize performance insights and highlight potential opportunities and risks.
• Assist in test execution and ensure accurate capture of results.
• Enhance channel knowledge, complete relevant certifications and training, and utilize playbooks.
• Provide input for process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation solutions to enhance campaign workflows.
• Adhere to client specifications, industry regulations, platform policies, and financial services compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Analytics, Product, Creative, and Operations teams.
• Raise concerns regarding performance, operational risks, and compliance inquiries.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, media buying, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Practical experience in executing campaigns within at least one performance media channel.
• Experience in a financial institution, agency, marketing services, or other performance-focused environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated industries or compliance-sensitive marketing initiatives is an advantage.
• Proficient in at least one performance media channel, with the capability to independently manage routine campaign tasks.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and standard digital media metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities across multiple ongoing campaigns.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in cross-functional collaboration.
• Quick learner of new platforms and technologies, with the ability to implement feedback effectively.
