Media Producer – Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete post-production workflow for various animation and video projects.

• Recognize opportunities for workflow enhancements and implement effective tools, including AI-driven post-production solutions, to boost productivity and quality.

• Ensure that each edit accurately conveys the desired behaviour change message while aligning with project goals, audience insights, and creative standards.

• Develop project timelines to facilitate efficient execution across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Evaluate edits, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading, and final outputs to ensure compliance with creative and technical benchmarks.

• Lead the post-production function and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality animation and live-action content.

• Transform creative briefs and behaviour change goals into compelling and impactful video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Animation, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Solid working knowledge of After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Previous experience with animation campaigns, animated series, or digital video initiatives.

• Strong grasp of post-production workflows, animation pipelines, storytelling, pacing, and visual communication.

• Experience in the development sector or Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) is a plus.
