This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a liaison between media agencies and brand teams to enhance media strategy.
• Supervise the daily operations with media agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
• Oversee the setup, trafficking, and execution of campaigns across various paid media platforms.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on media purchases, targeting settings, tagging, and creative rotations.
• Keep track of budget pacing and performance against spending objectives.
• Identify and execute in-flight optimizations within established parameters.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including media plans, campaign specifications, timelines, and insights.
• Monitor campaign performance against established benchmarks and KPIs.
• Analyze results and highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Report performance issues, optimization possibilities, and operational risks to the Director of Media.
• Create and sustain weekly and monthly performance reports across various campaigns and channels.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting, data integrity, KPI tracking, dashboard management, performance insights, and testing analysis.
• Guarantee that brand objectives and directions are followed by media agencies.
• Collaborate with Website & SEO teams regarding landing page performance, tracking implementation, and traffic quality indicators.
• Work alongside Media Operations on audience segmentation, suppression strategies, retargeting, tagging, tracking, and audience integration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure operational consistency.
• 4–6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media operations.
• Experience collaborating with media agencies and digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics teams and performance dashboards.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and operational details concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across functions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational precision.
• Strong organizational skills and process orientation, with a comfort in managing approvals and documentation.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and motivated by execution.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA is a plus.
