This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Execute, monitor, and operationally oversee paid media campaigns.
• Facilitate coordination between media agencies and brand teams to support the media strategy.
• Supervise the execution of campaigns to ensure precise and timely launches.
• Manage the setup, trafficking, and implementation of campaigns across various paid media platforms.
• Perform quality assurance on media purchases, targeting, tagging, and creative rotations.
• Monitor budget pacing and delivery to meet spending targets.
• Identify and apply in-flight optimizations within the established guidelines.
• Maintain media plans, campaign specifications, timelines, documentation, and insights.
• Track performance against benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor outcomes and highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Escalate performance issues, optimization prospects, and operational risks to the Director of Media.
• Develop and sustain weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, KPI tracking, dashboard updates, performance insights, and test analysis.
• Collaborate with the Website & SEO teams regarding landing page performance, tracking implementation, and traffic quality.
• Partner with Media Ops on audience segmentation, suppression strategies, retargeting, tagging, tracking, and audience integration.
• Maintain operational alignment with internal teams and agency partners.
• 4–6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media operations.
• Familiarity with media agencies and digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
• Experience working alongside analytics teams and performance dashboards.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and operational details concurrently.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and process orientation, comfortable managing approvals and documentation.
• Collaborative, accountable, and motivated by execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA is a plus.
