Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and foster professional communities across LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, and various industry groups.

• Initiate discussions, polls, webinars, AMAs, networking events, and other community-driven initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with affiliates, operators, founders, creators, partners, and industry experts.

• Conduct research, invite, and arrange guests for podcasts, interviews, webinars, and event content.

• Prepare topics for interviews, formulate questions, create guest briefs, and produce promotional materials.

• Co-host podcasts and interviews, with the potential to host independently.

• Represent the brands at conferences, webinars, and networking functions.

• Collaborate with teams in content, marketing, SEO, design, and partnerships.

• Monitor community growth, engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and audience feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in community management, media, content, podcasting, social media, PR, or a similar field.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong abilities in communication, networking, and relationship development.

• Comfortable engaging with individuals, appearing on camera, and facilitating discussions.

• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

• Knowledgeable about community engagement, digital content, and audience expansion.

• Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or comparable communities.

• Background in iGaming, affiliate marketing, media, or digital publishing is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in podcasting, webinars, interviews, or public speaking is a plus.

• An existing network within iGaming or affiliate marketing is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with creators, affiliates, influencers, or ambassadors is a bonus.

• Familiarity with podcasting, community, content, or analytics tools is a nice-to-have.
