Media Buyer – Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid media campaigns on Meta platforms.

• Ensure campaigns effectively target audiences while controlling cost-per-sale and ROAS.

• Conduct daily performance monitoring of campaigns and make necessary adjustments to budgets, bids, and pacing.

• Test various creatives, formats, audiences, and platforms to optimize results.

• Coordinate campaign timing with ticket availability and live event inventory.

• Evaluate outcomes and communicate insights to media strategists and creative teams.

• Maintain precise campaign structures, budgets, and documentation.

• Offer weekend operational support by tracking live shows for any schedule changes.

• Swiftly respond to show cancellations or postponements to minimize ad spending on affected shows.

• Deliver accurate and prompt customer communications.

• Provide clear updates and dependable handovers to the marketing, ticketing, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in executing paid media campaigns.

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across leading platforms, with Meta being essential.

• Additional familiarity with TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, and YouTube is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

• A problem-solving attitude accompanied by a passion for data and experimentation.

• Highly proficient with computers and comfortable navigating analytics dashboards.

• Strong enthusiasm for social media, creative trends, and innovations in digital advertising.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to work on some weekends and during off-hours.
