Media Buyer – Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on both Meta and TikTok platforms.

• Create creative testing roadmaps, generate innovative angles, draft briefs for editors, and evaluate performance metrics.

• Oversee client advertising budgets that range from $30k to $1m monthly.

• Identify and address full-funnel challenges related to creative, offers, and conversion rates.

• Effectively communicate results, strategies, and next steps to clients.

• Source UGC creators, craft scripts, and direct content as necessary.

• Question existing assumptions, adapt swiftly, and develop scalable testing frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling eCommerce brands.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Meta Ads with actual spending and verifiable results in CPA, ROAS, and revenue.

• Capability to create comprehensive creative testing roadmaps.

• Skill in developing creative angles and drafting briefs for editors.

• Proficiency in analyzing creative performance metrics.

• Ability to manage ad budgets ranging from $30k to $1m per month for each client.

• Competence in diagnosing funnel issues related to creative, offers, or conversion.

• Clear communication skills for conveying results, strategies, and next steps to clients.

• Experience in sourcing UGC talent, as well as writing scripts and directing content when necessary.

• Ability to extract insights from reviews, competitor advertisements, and comments.

• Experience in writing UGC scripts or creative briefs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with editors to produce successful ad variations.

• Video editing or design skills are advantageous.

• Bonus: Experience in building or managing a Shopify store or eCommerce brand.
