This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Take charge of Meta as a growth avenue for Wild Pastures on Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee campaign strategy, account organization, budget distribution, optimization, and scaling efforts.
• Propel profitable customer acquisition for a subscription-based e-commerce enterprise.
• Manage performance metrics including ROAS, MER, nCAC, CPA, customer lifetime value (LTV), and payback efficiency.
• Create and implement testing roadmaps that encompass creative assets, offers, landing pages, campaign formats, and bidding strategies.
• Lead the platform's creative strategy and pinpoint opportunities for innovative concepts.
• Provide briefs and guidance for creative development alongside creative strategists and editors.
• Transform performance insights into creative direction, messaging, audience targeting, and opportunity identification.
• Track account performance on a daily basis, analyze root causes, and communicate risks, opportunities, and suggestions.
• Stay updated on changes to the Meta platform, measurement updates, attribution best practices, and trends in direct-response advertising.
• Collaborate with designers and leadership to enhance creative and business outcomes.
• Report directly to the Paid Media Lead.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising for subscription-based e-commerce or direct-response brands.
• Proven success in acquiring customers profitably for subscription businesses.
• Strong grasp of customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, churn, and payback period.
• A demonstrated history of scaling profitable campaigns while managing significant advertising budgets.
• Experience managing a Meta account from inception to execution and optimization.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a genuine curiosity for resolving performance challenges.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and their relationship to overall business growth.
• Experience optimizing for subscription-specific business metrics rather than focusing solely on first-purchase revenue.
• Knowledge of customer quality, retention, and long-term profitability.
• Proficient in using analytics and attribution platforms beyond Ads Manager; familiarity with GA4, Haus, Mixpanel, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong creative instincts and a comprehension of effective direct-response advertising.
• Ability to convert performance insights into actionable creative feedback.
• Experience working collaboratively with creative teams through briefing, iteration, and testing processes.

• Must reside and work in AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, or WY.
