Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, and expand Meta advertising campaigns in their entirety on Facebook and Instagram.

• Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet internal revenue goals.

• Examine intricate campaign metrics and transform insights into media-buying strategies that enhance ROI.

• Create structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.

• Track performance on a daily basis and make data-driven scaling decisions based on statistical trends.

• Convert account data and complex metrics into actionable creative feedback for technical and creative teams.

• Manage pacing and expenditure to achieve target CAC/ROAS.

• Provide a brief case study or screenshots of ad accounts that showcase scaling performance and analytical or testing rationale.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with high-spend Meta accounts.

• Demonstrated success in scaling individual accounts.

• Experience managing Meta expenditures ranging from $100k+ to $1M+/month.

• Strong grasp of DTC/E-commerce metrics.

• Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with the Facebook Ads API, SQL, or BI tools is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Advantage+, CBO/ABO, and manual bidding techniques.

• Acquainted with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms.

• Strong overlap with US business hours; preference for Eastern Time Zone / EST.
