Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other pertinent platforms.

• Daily monitoring of campaigns, budget tracking, and performance optimization in relation to ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion KPIs.

• Execute A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, and landing pages.

• Partner with creative teams to develop ad copy, static creatives, video assets, and adhere to platform-specific best practices.

• Assess performance through Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other native advertising dashboards.

• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, industry trends, and competitor activities to uncover testing and optimization prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media advertising or media buying, especially for e-commerce CPG brands.

• Proficient in managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and YouTube.

• Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

• Skilled in using Google Analytics, Shopify, and advertising platform dashboards.

• Strong grasp of full-funnel e-commerce and CPG advertising strategies.

• Proven experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy, visual assets, video content, creative testing, and platform-specific best practices.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and adjust to evolving platform trends.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

• Preference for candidates with Meta or Google Ads certification, familiarity with complementary channels, and experience in seasonal campaigns or CPG product launches.
