Media and Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist and collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and the Sponsorship Department at Live Nation Urban.

• Create culturally significant media campaigns that include digital, traditional, and creator-based initiatives.

• Select culturally relevant creators for creator-focused campaigns.

• Utilize proprietary software to select, negotiate, implement, and report on content creator initiatives.

• Work alongside marketing and sponsorship teams to formulate media plans.

• Create and refine comprehensive media proposals across both online and offline platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and clients to define media objectives, goals, and strategies.

• Track campaign performance on a daily basis and provide actionable insights, reports, and post-campaign summaries.

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards that monitor reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Lead the creation of media plans and deliver client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in media planning within a brand environment or agency.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating with content creators.

• Proven ability to manage media and creator campaigns from start to finish.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong teamwork skills and the capability to execute programs effectively.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com.
