📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive mechanical engineering scenarios that encompass intricate product design cycles, multi-stakeholder design assessments, and manufacturing or regulatory certification procedures.

• Create tasks that involve product design and CAD modeling, thermal and fluid systems analysis, structural and stress assessment, manufacturing process engineering, and reliability as well as failure analysis.

• Formulate engineering scenarios that utilize enterprise tools and systems prevalent in Fortune 500 environments.

• Implement enterprise mechanical engineering methodologies to generate reference design specifications, engineering analyses, and high-level technical narratives for executives.

• Compose rubrics that differentiate genuine enterprise mechanical engineering expertise from standard textbook knowledge or academic-level recall.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer or engineering lead at a Fortune 500 company or a major player in the industrial, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.

• Proven ownership of large-scale product designs, manufacturing operations, or engineering certification initiatives.

• Proficiency in enterprise mechanical engineering tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory certification processes (including ASME, ISO, FAA, and FDA), and cross-functional design governance.

• Familiarity with SolidWorks, ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, and enterprise PLM solutions such as Siemens Teamcenter and PTC Windchill.

• Understanding of FEA/CFD simulation, DFM/DFA principles, Six Sigma/DFSS, and GD&T according to ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS.

• Possession of a professional engineering credential (US PE or its international equivalent like CEng or EUR ING) is advantageous.

• Experience in authoring rubrics, engineering training curricula, or design documentation is a plus.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
