Mechanical Cx Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serve as a project lead and technical expert for mission-critical commissioning projects with minimal oversight.

• Execute tasks that require independent judgment and assessment.

• Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Build project relationships that foster goodwill with current clients and collaborate with management to enhance client connections.

• Create and oversee commissioning plans, procedures, checklists, test scripts, and timelines for Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning activities.

• Conduct technical evaluations of mechanical and plumbing design documents and submissions.

• Lead onsite teams in executing functional performance tests on mechanical and plumbing systems.

• Provide project management and coordination to ensure client satisfaction regarding technical quality, budget, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in building systems commissioning.

• At least 3 years of experience in mission-critical facilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving construction and operational issues.

• Ability to collaborate within a team, think innovatively, and solve problems.

• Familiarity with electrical systems through practical knowledge and experience.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time or more as required by national-level projects.
