Mechanical Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with repair facilities to verify, adjudicate, and authorize payments for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty.

• Evaluate claims within approval limits while adhering to department and industry standards.

• Record all actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems.

• Utilize department resources to comply with process flows and policies.

• Oversee assigned pending claims and follow up with repair facilities to reach claim decisions.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in TX, UT, GA, FL, NV, NC, AZ, CO, IN, or TN.

• High school diploma is required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in current automotive mechanical and diagnostics.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

• Familiarity with parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop protocols/practices.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Proficient typing and general computer skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities.
