Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Provide support for sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and coordination of installations.

• Deliver precise measurements, calculations, review quotes, and present quotes to customers.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and actively listening to their project and product requirements.

• Articulate merchandise features, benefits, and the steps involved in project completion.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services while addressing customer inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks.

• Travel between locations to provide service support as necessary.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is necessary.

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Travel between locations is a requirement.

• Must be capable of standing or walking continuously and regularly lifting, handling, or carrying materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.
