Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for assigned in-home measurement appointments

• Deliver exceptional professional customer service that aligns with company standards and fulfills customer expectations

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions

• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, conduct in-home measurements, and coordinate installations

• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing precise measurements, calculations, and thorough quote reviews and presentations

• Articulate the features and benefits of merchandise while outlining the steps for project completion

• Show proficiency in product and service knowledge when responding to customer inquiries

• Recognize and seize opportunities to engage customers in additional service programs

• Collaborate effectively with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and work schedules

• Travel between locations to deliver support services as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required

• Must have reliable transportation

• A high school diploma or GED is necessary

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory

• Ability to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds

• Travel between locations is required
