Measure Tech, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately carry out daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that meets or surpasses company standards and customer expectations.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and coordination of installations.

• Provide precise measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their project and product needs.

• Explain merchandise features and benefits while outlining the steps for project completion.

• Exhibit product and service knowledge when responding to customer inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Perform work utilizing company-issued devices.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand or walk continuously, and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8–20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is required.
