Measure Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on designated work tasks.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and established work schedules.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their project and product requirements.

• Articulate merchandise features and benefits while explaining the steps of the project.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Identify chances to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Conduct in-home measurements, perform calculations, and review and present quotes.

• Develop, nurture, and enhance customer relationships.

• Coordinate installations and assist with sales and product inquiries.

• Travel between locations and operate within a designated geographical area using company-provided devices.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.
