MDS Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in education, product assessments, transitions, implementations, and post-implementation education and optimization within the MDS portfolio.

• Offer targeted bedside education and promote the adoption of best practices.

• Provide dependable clinical support tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.

• Supply neonatal clinical expertise to Medical Affairs, Marketing, and New Product Development teams.

• Lead comprehensive customer-facing interactions from the pre-sale stage through to post-conversion.

• Conduct in-servicing, clinical education, and training to enhance product adoption and retention.

• Offer continual clinical support, follow-up, troubleshooting, and consultation services.

• Build strong working relationships with end-users while delivering product in-servicing and clinical education.

• Collaborate with Marketing on portfolio strategy, customer segmentation, positioning, and launch planning.

• Work together with Clinical and Regional Business Managers to optimize scheduling and activities.

• Provide activity updates to the Clinical Manager regarding regional training and support.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expertise in neonatal clinical practices.

• Capability to deliver clinical education and product training in both virtual and in-person environments.

• Ability to provide bedside and unit-based support in accordance with facility requirements, professional scope, approved product labeling, and company policies.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips.

• Capacity to support customer engagements, internal training, clinical programs, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Competence to collaborate with Sales, Clinical Managers, Regional Business Managers, strategic account teams, Marketing, and Clinical Leadership.

• Ability to manage Travel & Expense responsibilities along with administrative tasks.

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where employment is conditional upon adequate proof, subject to applicable accommodations.
