This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Monitor mitigation assignments from inception to completion

• Review and assist in maintaining assignment records to ensure accuracy

• Relay claim updates from field technicians to customers via phone and data entry

• Communicate with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance agencies

• Track and report daily activities to the Team Lead

• Prepare comprehensive Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates utilizing Xactimate and Cotality (formerly CoreLogic)/Symbility

• Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Team Lead

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• At least 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality (formerly CoreLogic) or Symbility is required

• Experience with Xactimate estimating is essential

• Comfortable navigating various software systems in a data entry-focused, desk-centric role

• Background in property restoration, insurance claims, or a related field is preferred

• Understanding of insurance carrier processes is advantageous

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Strong analytical skills and excellent customer service

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

• Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results under pressure

• Availability for Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm EST
