This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and analyze security alerts within customer environments.
β’ Assess, investigate, and address security incidents from detection to resolution.
β’ Examine endpoint, network, and log data to detect malicious activities.
β’ Convey findings and remediation suggestions to clients and internal teams.
β’ Record investigations, response measures, and outcomes of incidents.
β’ Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Security Research teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
β’ Provide support for a 24x7 MDR operation, including overnight and weekend security operations.
β’ Applicants must currently live on the West Coast (PST time zone).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, MDR, or Managed Security Services.
β’ Practical experience with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and firewall technologies.
β’ Strong comprehension of cyber threats, attack methods, and incident response procedures.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Willingness to work day shifts, weekends, and holiday shifts according to business and customer needs.
β’ Sponsorship for work visas is not provided.
β’ Preferred: Experience with Cortex XDR and/or Cortex XSOAR.
β’ Preferred: Prior experience in shift-based or overnight security operations.
β’ Preferred: Security certifications such as CySA+, CEH, or equivalent.
β’ Preferred: Experience in MDR, managed security, military cyber, or intelligence fields.
β’ Restricted stock units may be offered.
