This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Conduct investigations and verify facts related to both basic and advanced automobile accidents.
β’ Assess coverage, liability, and damages.
β’ Adjust and negotiate claims within the scope of authority.
β’ Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and manage complex cases accordingly.
β’ Utilize a comprehensive understanding of company insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.
β’ Investigate intricate auto claims that involve coverage, liability, and damages.
β’ Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims as necessary.
β’ Identify vehicle body parts and evaluate other potential property damages.
β’ Recognize customer needs and address them using suitable customer service skills.
β’ Collaborate effectively across teams.
β’ This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
β’ Must be an experienced Material Damage Claims Adjuster.
β’ Must reside in the CST time zone.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on empathy and professionalism.
β’ Proficient in de-escalation techniques and effective communication.
β’ Strong foundation in coverage investigation and liability determination.
β’ Capable of investigating both basic and advanced automobile accidents and adjusting claims within authority limits.
β’ Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential.
β’ Advanced comprehension of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships.
β’ Ability to manage complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with independence and discretion.
β’ Competent in reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims when applicable.
β’ Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and understand other possible property damage.
β’ Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Individuals with an active insurance license must terminate all current appointments before onboarding and should not hold outside appointments during employment.
β’ Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.
β’ Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working from home.
β’ Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
