Matrix42 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ongoing enhancement, administration, and upkeep of the Matrix42 platform, encompassing Service Desk, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and workflows.

• Creation and execution of automations related to user management, onboarding and offboarding procedures, access management, and license management.

• Development and customization of business workflows, forms, services, UI configurations, and backend modules.

• Development and integration of interfaces with third-party systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira, and HR systems.

• Evaluation and resolution of technical challenges, along with the optimization of platform performance, stability, and quality.

• Collaboration with Data Protection/Privacy, HR, IT infrastructure, and various business units to digitize and enhance cross-functional processes.

• Involvement in architectural decisions and the strategic advancement of the Matrix42 platform.

• Documentation of technical solutions and assistance in the deployment of new features and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of practical experience in developing and managing Matrix42 solutions.

• Deep understanding of Matrix42 Object Designer and Workflow Designer.

• Proficient in JavaScript, ASQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and PowerShell.

• Experience in developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.

• Capable of managing complex data models as well as role and permission concepts.

• Good familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and ITSM processes.

• Preferably experience in connecting IAM, HR, or ERP systems.

• Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Passion for process improvement and designing solutions across departments.

• Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written.

• Plus: Experience with Enterprise Service Management, IT Asset Management, or Software Asset Management.

• Plus: Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM frameworks.

• Plus: Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph, or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Plus: Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or Infrastructure as Code.

• Plus: Familiarity with agile project methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
