This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain mathematical models for slot games, encompassing reel strips, pay tables, bonus features, jackpots, progressive mechanics, and feature triggers.

• Establish performance metrics for games such as return to player, hit frequency, bonus frequency, and player value distribution.

• Generate mathematical documentation, which includes probability models, game specifications, feature calculations, expected value analyses, simulation outcomes, and materials for regulatory submissions.

• Ensure that models adhere to regulatory standards across various jurisdictions.

• Develop simulation frameworks, analytical tools, and prototype implementations to model game behavior and verify theoretical calculations.

• Assess feature performance across millions of simulated game rounds.

• Work collaboratively with game designers, developers, and fellow mathematicians throughout the concept and development phases.

• Offer insights, shape game mechanics, balance features, and assist in creating compelling, commercially viable player experiences.

• Examine market trends, competitor offerings, and player preferences to pinpoint opportunities for innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

• A major or minor in Mathematics is mandatory.

• A solid foundation in probability theory, statistics, combinatorics, and game mathematics is essential.

• Over 5 years of experience in iGaming game mathematics, slot game development, or a similar field.

• Advanced programming skills with proven experience in building simulation tools and mathematical analysis frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in C# is preferred, but experience in Java, C++, Python, or any other Object-Oriented programming language is acceptable.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Programs is required.
