Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized online math instruction for students in Grades 5-8 throughout North America, in accordance with the CCSS framework.

• Employ interactive and student-focused teaching techniques to enhance engagement, deepen understanding of core concepts, and respond to inquiries in real-time.

• Develop lesson materials tailored to the specific needs of each student, ensuring high-quality, well-organized instruction.

• Offer prompt feedback and specialized support to foster student comprehension and ongoing improvement.

• Assist with project testing and contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Math, Education, or related disciplines.

• Teaching experience or possession of a valid teaching certificate is highly desirable.

• Must be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (aligning with US time zones).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

• Instruction must be delivered in English.
