This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial food service equipment, which includes cooking appliances, refrigeration units, ware-washing machinery, and specialty kitchen devices.

• Interpret and analyze schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Liaise with manufacturers and technical support teams for assistance in troubleshooting.

• Execute installations, repairs, service documentation, and manage inventory.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with restaurant and hospitality managers.

• Offer service and repair solutions tailored for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and hospitality clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, or other related mechanical/technical fields.

• Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with excellent troubleshooting abilities.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in diverse environments, including extreme heat, cold, and around electrical/mechanical equipment.

• EPA certification is preferred.

• CFESA certification is preferred.

• Technical training or military mechanical experience is preferred.
