Master Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process clinician requests for time off, adjustments to schedules, and Clinician Hub inquiries in accordance with established protocols.

• Fulfill assigned queue responsibilities, including updating availability, managing administrative blocks, and making recurring modifications.

• Oversee patient rescheduling processes that arise from schedule changes.

• Ensure accurate documentation and proper categorization of tickets.

• Prioritize requests based on urgency and patient impact, maintaining ownership until resolution and escalating issues as necessary.

• Handle urgent callouts, disruptions, and time-sensitive patient rescheduling tasks.

• Create and manage schedules, templates, appointment durations, and ramp schedules, ensuring accuracy through regular audits.

• Adapt flexibly across different queues and provide backup assistance during periods of PTO, increased volume, or new launches.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct system testing, manage cleanups, and participate in ongoing cross-training activities.

• Maintain proficiency across various workflows, with primary assignments adjusted based on operational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital healthcare company is required.

• At least five (5) years of experience as a Clinical Scheduler creating clinician schedules using AthenaHealth.

• 5+ years of experience with AthenaHealth (Athena) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in scheduling across various time zones.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Availability from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm PST.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
