Master Full-Stack Developer – AI, BI, Digital Product Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Focus primarily on developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards from start to finish.

• Address fixes, enhancements, and user experience improvements for the Tessera web platform.

• Execute self-contained epics including filter/navigation UX and visibility of unit operations.

• Integrate sophisticated cloud infrastructure to facilitate real-time collaboration.

• Serve as a hands-on expert for advanced AI solutions that extend beyond basic LLM chat interfaces.

• Conduct AI evaluations, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection.

• Participate in ideation, proof-of-concept creation, and early-stage experimentation for AI applications.

• Challenge technical assumptions and assess the nuances of AI solutions as a strategic collaborator.

• Help define the trajectory of future digital products.

• Work within an established codebase while applying UX sensibility to enhance the Tessera platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust full-stack development experience with a proven track record of completed projects.

• Proven experience in application architecture design.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise component integration throughout the technology stack.

• Essential proficiency in Power BI.

• High level of comfort working with Java, React, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Previous engagement in AI/ML projects that move beyond prototyping into thorough evaluation and iterative deployment stages.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, Material UI, Java 17, Spring Boot 3, MySQL 8, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Firebase Auth.
