Marketplaces Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate strategies aimed at boosting revenue across both established retail and e-commerce marketplace accounts.

• Manage daily interactions, account specifications, product selections, and performance metrics across designated platforms.

• Oversee the onboarding of products, including listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and catalog organization.

• Conduct research to discover new online retailers and marketplaces.

• Track sales performance, product visibility, inventory levels, and profitability metrics.

• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams regarding orders, inventory status, promotional activities, and retailer needs.

• Ensure that listings, product details, pricing, and operational requirements are accurate and up-to-date.

• Liaise with marketplace partners and retailer contacts to facilitate growth and address any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing third-party retail websites, online marketplaces, or e-commerce retailer accounts.

• Familiarity with product onboarding, catalog management, and operations within online retail.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to analyze sales data and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive approach and the ability to independently manage multiple accounts and projects.

• Experience with platforms such as Macy’s, Faire, or comparable retail and wholesale marketplaces (preferred).

• Background in working with EDI, retailer portals, and specific operational requirements for retailers (preferred).

• Experience in expanding a consumer product brand into new retail avenues (preferred).
