This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of Amazon listings, cases, and marketplace data with accuracy.
• Perform live updates on listings including titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
• Oversee listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Central cases from start to finish.
• Provide necessary case documentation and escalate issues strategically when required.
• Conduct keyword research and tracking utilizing Helium 10 or similar tools.
• Update listings responsibly while monitoring changes in rank and traffic.
• Export and structure advertising campaign data efficiently.
• Identify and flag underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
• Adhere to existing advertising structures and naming conventions.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, including formulas, dates, and formatting.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
• Manage multiple listings, live campaigns, and strict timelines.
• Submit a cover letter outlining relevant achievements, alignment with company values, significant challenges overcome, recent reads, and personal hobbies.
• Clearly explain current employment status and motivations for seeking a new role.
• Proven experience managing Amazon listings, cases, and data with accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage real ASINs and implement live listing updates.
• Capability to update titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
• Systems-oriented mindset utilizing checklists, SOPs, and streamlined processes.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
• Competence in managing Amazon cases from inception to resolution, providing documentation, and escalating strategically.
• Experience with SEO, keywords, and optimizing listing performance.
• Familiarity with Helium 10 or similar tools.
• Understanding of Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP.
• Ability to accurately export and organize campaign data.
• Skill in identifying underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
• Detail-oriented and organized, even under pressure.
• Humble, eager to learn, and adept at interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Background in regulated or health-related categories is an advantage, but not necessary.
• International marketplace experience is beneficial, but not required.
