Marketplace Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of marketplace strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, and other channels.

• Act as the operational link between the Marketplace Manager and Marketplace Specialists.

• Manage and assign tasks within the marketplace support team.

• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

• Coordinate various projects, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.

• Delegate tasks, establish priorities, offer guidance, and assist with daily operations for Marketplace Specialists.

• Analyze performance fluctuations, assess marketplace data and testing outcomes, identify underlying issues, and propose actionable steps.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, Product, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital commerce.

• Strong grasp of marketplace operations with the capability to convert strategic goals into actionable tasks.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and various stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and an overarching perspective.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central (preferred).

• Experience with marketplaces such as Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, or similar (preferred).

• Proficient in using Asana or other project management tools (preferred).

• Experience in creating and refining SOPs and operational documentation (preferred).

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally permitted to work there.
