This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement marketplace strategies aimed at enhancing sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility.
• Supervise and refine product listings utilizing SEO best practices, A/B testing, and enriched content.
• Execute competitive pricing strategies through demand forecasting, historical data analysis, and algorithm-based optimizations.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Seasonal Discounts.
• Take charge of Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, encompassing account structure, keyword and bid strategy, and budget distribution.
• Enhance advertising efforts for profitable new-customer acquisition in alignment with CAC targets.
• Ensure optimal stock levels through effective supply chain management.
• Guarantee adherence to marketplace policies, Amazon Brand Registry, and Walmart regulations.
• Address issues related to unauthorized sellers, counterfeit items, and MAP policy breaches.
• Oversee customer engagement, monitor reviews, respond to Q&A, and manage reputation.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to track performance metrics and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams.
• Keep abreast of marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Direct new product launches and brand refresh initiatives alongside creative and content teams.
• Execute strategies for external traffic growth through influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and targeted social media advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in selling on Amazon.com / Walmart.com platforms with an e-commerce-first CPG brand.
• Proven track record of boosting sales, profitability, and market share on online marketplaces.
• Experience managing large, intricate, and pioneering projects from strategy to launch and scale.
• Background in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Strong grasp of LTV and CAC components.
• Familiarity with both FBA and FBM sales models.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and various reporting tools.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Ads media buying with monthly spending exceeding $100K.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Ads strategy and optimization, covering campaign architecture, match types, negative keyword strategies, search-term harvesting, bidding and placement optimization, and differentiating branded versus non-branded spend.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with minimal oversight.
