This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee the daily management and maintenance of the Amazon account.
• Collaborate with the Amazon Strategy Director to implement the Amazon channel strategy aimed at boosting sales and minimizing costs.
• Manage and enhance Amazon advertising campaigns in partnership with agency collaborators.
• Ensure that all listings adhere to Amazon's regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations to forecast inventory needs.
• Assist the Finance team with financial reporting duties.
• Manage and optimize product detail pages, which include titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, images, videos, and product attributes.
• Take ownership of the health of the Amazon catalog, addressing suppressions, variations, compliance issues, and listing errors.
• Monitor and enhance SKU-level conversion rates, traffic quality, and sales performance.
• Work together with creative and brand teams to brief, test, and launch product detail page content and visuals.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage strategies for ratings, reviews, and Q&A in collaboration with Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
• Track and report key performance indicators related to the digital shelf.
• Coordinate product launches and updates effectively.
• Ensure that claims and content for supplements and health products comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Oversee Brand Protection initiatives to reduce the impact of unauthorized sellers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record of success in selling directly through Amazon Seller Central.
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Proficient in Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), supplements, or health & wellness is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, follow-up skills, and personal accountability.
